VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Brother’s Keeper Initiative concentrates on providing school-related services and items to disadvantaged families in preparation for the upcoming school year. Services include medical-related activities, school supplies (e.g., book bags, coats, shoes, books, pens, pencils), and information on additional social service resources. In 2016, my art was used for the cover and back cover of the Brother’s Keeper book.
The Thanksgiving Baskets campaign provides hundreds of families in need with the groceries needed for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Volunteering efforts include packing boxes, delivering gifts to families, and offering gift cards to ensure families can provide for their members.
